I appreciate the honesty and frankness in your answers, as it gives a clear picture of the things we need to work on.

I’ve taken the time to compile the results, try to find the themes and (most importantly) commit to actions that will take us in the right direction to improving refereeing across BHUK.

Over the next few months, we’ll start to roll out changes and look forward to your feedback to ensure we’re heading in the right direction, together.
